You are welcome to browse the site resources or contact me at any time regarding Math tutoring services in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Background: I am currently a private math tutor servicing Loudoun Country, Virginia and am employed by LCPS as a homebound instructor. Additionally, I teach Pre-Calculus and Geometry at Saint John Bosco School in Potomac Falls, VA. I have been employed as either a mathematics teacher or homebound instructor in Loudoun County since 2007 (including Harmony Intermediate School and Tuscarora High School), on top of a 20+ year career in telecommunications and defense contracting. I am currently focusing on private tutoring, homebound instruction, and free-lance training. I believe that supplementing a student’s classroom math instruction with one-on-one help is a normal, and in many cases, necessary, part of a high school student’s education. I will tutor any LCPS or home-schooled student in Loudoun Country preparing for or in a high-school level math course (Algebra 1 and above). I currently have an active post-graduate teaching license in the State of Virginia with an endorsement in Mathematics.
Great Article on helping your child through their math struggles.
